As has always been the case, it is necessary that any
system that extends across the full spectrum of an SCCA event must be fully
supported both in spirit and in fact by the region board and all specialists.
In the event that cooperation is seriously in question, it is sometimes best to
"withdraw and regroup" for the good of the sport. That has occurred in this
region but the racing does go on and the future of automation is not in
