| The intent of the EIS project is to streamline data
management tasks for SCCA events. It is designed to provide full
integration across all operational areas at the track and produce specific data
reports and files for each of them (registration, timing & scoring, Tech
shed, etc.) It begins with your registration info so it is quite
helpful if you fill out all of the data requested. Accurate
registration info helps reduce the time required at checkin! This
system has being created expressly for SCCA events and we appreciate all
feedback (impressions, suggestions, comments, or problems). - Likewise, if you

| A NOTE ON TIMESTAMPS
|

| Once an entry has been successfully submitted, a page will
appear with the most relevant data including the timestamp, total fee due, and
instructions for making payment. You should print that
'completed registration' page for your records. Other
registrations will be submitted via mail and fax and will be entered into this
system by the Club Racing staff in a timely manner. The
timestamp when the data is entered into the system will be used to
determine the relative order of registration. Numbers are confirmed
during the registration process on a 'first come, first served' basis. |

| TRANSPONDERS
|
|
| Transponders are required for all on-track
sessions. Your vehicle transponder number will be required to
complete this entry process If you do not have your own, you can
reserve a rental unit through this system while registering. Enter
the word 'rent' in the transponder number space and you will get the ID number
and pickup instructions at the 'completed registration' screen. |
