Logbook Number Lookup SCCA logbook numbers are unique and usually assigned by the Region in which the first annual is conducted. The first part of the number is actually the three digit code for that Region (leading zeros are often omitted when recording the number). SRFs , Panoz, and Enterprise cars are exceptions since their logbooks originate at their factories. The designers of this system have arbitrarily assigned the region codes 000, 222, 333 respectively for those categories.
