GO TO REGISTRATION AREA (entry list on-line ~week b4 race) |
|
The intent of this system is to streamline the data
management tasks for SCCA events. It is fully integrated across
all of the operational areas at the track and produces specific data reports
and files for each of them (registration, timing & scoring, Tech shed,
etc.) We appreciate all feedback (impressions, suggestions,
comments, or problems). - Thanks ! |

A NOTE ON TIMESTAMPS
|
|
Once an entry has been successfully submitted, a page will
appear with the most relevant data including the timestamp, total fee due, and
instructions for making payment. You should print that
'completed registration' page for your records. Registrations
can be submitted via mail and fax and will be entered into this system by the
Region staff as their time allows. The timestamp when the
data is entered into this system will be used to determine the relative
order of registration. Confirmations of number assignments and
race quota cutoffs (limits) will be applied at the appropriate time (determined
by the Registrar). The usual target is Tuesday of race week. Since
all changes are recorded in this system, you can confirm your final final
number assignment by checking back here after Wednesday of the race week. |

TRANSPONDER
RENTALS |
|
Transponders are required for all events.
If you do not have your own and the sponsoring Region has rentals,
you can reserve one through this system while registering. Enter
the word 'rent' in the transponder number space and, if a rental unit is
available, you will get the ID number and pickup instructions at the
'completed registration' screen. |
