This volunteer created , hosted, and maintained
system streamlines the data management tasks for SCCA racing events.
It is fully networkable (LAN or internet) and is integrated across
all operational areas at the track. Area specific data reports and files are
automatically generated across operating areas (registration, timing/scoring,
tech, emergency svcs, announcer, etc.). All of this is in real time!
Accurate and timely information minimizes administrative time for
everyone! -

| A NOTE ON TIMESTAMPS
|

| Once an entry has been successfully submitted, a page will
appear with the most relevant data including the timestamp, total fee due, and
instructions for making payment. You should print that
'completed registration' page for your records. Other
registrations will be submitted via mail and fax and will be entered into this
system by the Region staff in a timely manner. The timestamp
when the data is entered into the system will be used to determine the
relative order of registration. NOTE: editing an existing record will change the timestamp and may trigger a late charge. Confirmations of number
assignments and race quotas (limits) will be done at the appropriate time (as
determined by the Registrar). Historically, that has been sometime during the
week prior to the event. If you are affected by this process and
have included your email address, you will be notified by email. |

| TRANSPONDER
RENTALS |
|
| Transponders are required for all events.
If you do not have your own, some regions allow you to reserve a
rental unit through this system while registering. Enter the word
'rent' in the transponder number space and you will get the ID number and
pickup instructions at the 'completed registration' screen. |
